Protect Our Safety Inc. | Legal Reform and Accountability

Protect Our Safety Inc. is a national public-interest organization dedicated to advancing legal reform, strengthening corporate accountability, promoting environmental responsibility, and safeguarding civil liberties in the digital era. We address structural deficiencies in statutory and regulatory frameworks that enable powerful institutions to evade responsibility, thereby undermining justice and eroding public trust. Our guiding principle is that the rule of law must serve the public interest and protect individual rights rather than entrenching institutional power.

We advance this mission through strategic litigation, rigorous legal and policy analysis, and focused advocacy. Working with attorneys, scholars, policy experts, and civic organizations, we pursue initiatives that reinforce institutional accountability and strengthen democratic governance. Our docket includes filings in significant judicial proceedings, including constitutional matters before the United States Supreme Court, where decisions carry enduring consequences for digital rights, corporate responsibility, and the integrity of the legal system.

  • Corporate and Environmental Responsibility: Pursuing litigation and policy initiatives that hold corporations accountable for environmental harm, public health risks, and unethical practices.
